Our hotel is the grand 19th century Woodlands Hall Hotel, situated in the town of Ruthin amidst the picturesque Clwydian Range. The hotel compromises of a bar and restaurant, with regular entertainment and family events, outdoor adventure playground, tennis court, playing field and nature trail.

Our beautiful new Marian Resort & Spa, situated in the picturesque town of Dyserth, North Wales, boasts excellent facilities including multiple bars and restaurants, spa treatment facilities, a gym and fitness suite and more.

All of our parks have pet friendly accommodation, so you and your four legged friends can enjoy a holiday together.
Affordable
Book with a £50 deposit and split the remaining balance weekly or monthly, full balance due 6 weeks before arrival date.

By booking direct with us you don't need to worry about additional costs, your entertainment pass is included with the cost of your stay.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cancellation policy?
It may be necessary to cancel your holiday due to illness, accident or change of circumstances. Please note that if you have made a newspaper promotional booking and you choose to cancel your holiday no refund will be made.
As soon as you know you need to cancel, call the park directly or confirm the cancellation in writing to Bookings Department, Lyons Holiday Parks Head Office, Coast Road, Rhyl, LL18 3UU. The letter must be signed by the person who made the booking (lead guest). Cancellation charges are calculated as follows from the date your written instructions are received.

If you have not arrived by 9am on the morning after your holiday was due to commence or contacted the Park concerned to confirm when you will arrive, except in exceptional circumstances, we will assume that the break is cancelled and the total holiday cost will be charged.

Is parking included?
Complimentary parking is available for all guests at our holiday parks. While some caravans and lodges have designated parking directly outside, this is not always guaranteed. Nevertheless, ample parking bays are conveniently located throughout our parks, ensuring a short and easy walk to your accommodation.
What time is check in?
Check in time is between 2-4 pm and is dependent on what accommodation you have booked. Early check in is available for an extra fee of £20 when you call the park directly. You can find your parks direct number on the contact us page.
