Since the 1920’s, Lyons Holiday Parks have been a staple for British holiday making. Back when Joe William Lyons founded the flagship resort of Lyons Robin Hood back in 1924, Lyons Group has grown exponentially, and now operate in 20 locations across North Wales and the Lake District.

At Lyons, we’re one big family. And that’s why we have over 4000 caravan and lodge owners who come back to our holiday parks every year. It’s the family feeling that makes Lyons special, and it’s something we work hard on maintaining. Because even though the Lyons Group has grown so much, it’s still family owned, being led by Joe William Lyons’ great grandsons; Geoff and Joseph Lyons-Mound.

The family values that Lyons was founded on are still a key part of our operations as a business. Striving to give our customers a second home that they can cherish, with family and the everlasting friendships they’ll make with us at Lyons.

Your lodge, your choice! We’re more than happy for you to choose which plot of land you’d like your new lodge to be on. Of course, this will be influenced by the size of your lodge and the plot availability. New development areas will only accept new lodges.

All of our lodge parks in North Wales are dog friendly. We only ask that dogs are kept on a lead when walking around the park and waste is cleaned and disposed of appropriately.

Yes you can sublet your lodge. Luxury lodges often have a greater demand, especially newer models with mod cons in nice areas. Our owners have been able to earn a substantial amount through subletting that’s contributed to their running costs. We have a subletting scheme or you can sublet it yourself.

All of our parks are bound by a 20 year age limit from the date of the lodges manufacture. Once this 20 year period is elapsed, we will inspect the unit to ensure it meets all health and safety requirements and park standards, if it does then we will be more than happy to allow you to stay, providing you allow regular checks by our team on the lodges condition.

Of course. Lodges are perfect for those who wish to invite and entertain guests as they are so spacious. Owning a lodge is about enjoying quality time with your friends and family, making memories that’ll last a life time.

Our holiday lodge parks have seasons ranging from 7.5 months to 12 months.

As all of our lodge parks in North Wales are non-residential, all holiday lodges must be vacated for a short period each year, this will be different based on whichever park you go to.
