Welcome to sunny Rhyl
Welcome to Rhyl, the epicentre of North Walian seaside fun. Every year Rhyl welcomes millions of tourists, savouring the miles of golden sandy beaches and amusements that the town has to offer.
At Lyons, we have a soft spot for Rhyl. Not only is it home to our flagship resort; Robin Hood, but it’s where Lyons Holiday Parks was founded nearly 100 years ago.
The amusements in Rhyl are one of it’s biggest pull factors to the town, and is the reason so many choose to buy a caravan in Rhyl, rather than hiring one. SC2 (formerly the Sun Centre), Rhyl Miniature railway, Palace fun centre and Geronimos Adventure Playground are just a fraction of the thrilling activities you can get up to in Rhyl with the kids.
There is plenty for all ages, and Rhyl boasts some fantastic ‘touristy’ things to do in and around the town too. With the Pavilion Theatre, Tir Prince Railway, Rhaeadr Dyserth Waterfall, Rhyl Museum and much much more.

Become part of the pride
Since 1924, Lyons Holiday Parks have been a staple for holiday making in North Wales. Back when our founder; Joe William Lyons founded the first park here in Rhyl we’ve gone from strength to strength and now operate in 20 locations across North Wales and Lake District.
We have a huge community of over 4000 owners who come back to the Lyons family every year, and when you purchase one of our static caravans for sale in Rhyl, you become part of the Lyons family.
The family feel we have here is something that’s ingrained into our company culture. Something that we work hard to maintain and something we’re really proud of. It’s the reason people choose Lyons over anywhere else.
These family values that Lyons was founded on are still going strong today, as we’re still a family run business with grandsons of Joe William Lyons – Geoff and Joseph Lyons-Mound, now Directors of the company.
The family values that Lyons was founded on are still at the core of everything we do to this day. Giving our customers a place they can call their second home, to make cherished memories and form everlasting friendships.
