1. No responsibility will be accepted for late entries. 2. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of a prize draw occurring or if Lyons Holiday Parks determines that a winner is not eligible to win a prize, a further prize draw will be made by Lyons Holiday Parks and the prize will be allocated to the new winner. 3. Lyons Holiday Parks is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period following the draw due to incorrect or out of date contact details being recorded on the entry form. 4. Lyons Holiday Parks reserves the right to request that an entrant provides proof of identity. Proof of identity includes but is not limited to a valid driver’s licence and / or passport. 5. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable and is not redeemable for cash. 6. If you are a winner, you consent to Lyons Holiday Parks use of your name and image for publicity and promotional purposes if required. 7. Any additional costs including comprehensive insurance, personal costs and all other related costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. 8. The winner must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the prize to be registered prior to collection. 9. The winner must have a valid driver’s license in order to pick up the jet ski or get a licensed driver to pick it up on his or her behalf. 10. The prize value is correct at time of printing, although Lyons Holiday Parks accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize
