The first thing you’ll spot on the 2024 Willerby Brookwood is the big bay window at the front. It looks great and lets plenty of light into the lounge.

The 2024 Willerby Brookwood comes as standard in striking Barley White aluminium cladding with white PVCu windows, but if you want to stand out you can upgrade to Environmental Green aluminium cladding with stylish graphite windows.

The 2024 Willerby Brookwood is made for entertaining.

So, there’s plenty of room in the cosy lounge to hang out with your friends and family. The fitted sofas have lots of room for people to sit, and leave lots of space for the kids to play on the floor.

Or, if you’re having a quiet night in, there’s all the space you need to kick off your shoes and relax with a good book or a movie.

It’s practical too. There’s a comfy fold-out bed hidden in the sofa, and plenty of storage in the stylish media unit.

And did we mention the glorious light those big bay windows let in?

One of the great things about the Brookwood is how the kitchen, dining area and lounge all flow together.

Sure, it might not be for you if you like everything separate. But if you want to have people spread through the space while still feeling together, the Brookwood will suit you down to the ground.

The staggered change from kitchen to diner to lounge makes it all feel like one big, friendly space.

And in the kitchen itself you’ll find everything you need to cook up a tasty treat. There’s an integrated microwave, and a freestanding fridge freezer and cooker all as standard.

You can even have a slimline dishwasher, if you want.

With all that space for entertaining you’d think something would have to give somewhere. But, you’ll still get a luxurious bedroom in the Brookwood.

Complete with a king-size bed, plenty of storage space and a nice, soothing colour scheme, it’s a space in which to relax after a long day exploring. You’ll even get an en-suite bathroom (except on the smallest model, we just couldn’t quite squeeze it in there).

The second bedroom makes great use of their space too, with some clever integrated storage.

Yes of course! However, this will be guided by the size of your holiday home and plot availability. New development areas only allow for new holiday homes. 

Yes our parks are all dog friendly. All we ask is that owners ensure their dogs are kept on a lead at all times and waste is disposed of appropriately. 

Yes you can sublet your new static caravan. New static caravans that have mod cons and specs, naturally become more attractive if you intend on subletting, and our owners have managed to earn substantial amounts through subletting. 

Every park has a 20 year age limit that starts from the date of manufacture. Once the holiday home reaches 20 years of age the park manager will inspect the unit. As long as they are happy the unit meets health and safety standards, along with park standards, then the park operator will be happy for you to remain on the park. The caravan will then be inspected on a yearly basis or before should there be concerns. 

Absolutely, holiday home ownership is all about enjoying time with friends and family building memories together.

It all depends on which park you’re at. Our holiday park seasons range from 7½ month seasons to 12 month including being open over Christmas and New Year.

Unfortunately as a non-residential park, all holiday homes must be vacated for a short period each year. Please contact the park directly for further details.
