1. Santa Trains at Welsh Highland Railway
Where: Caernarfon, Gwynedd
When: Saturday 11th December – Thursday 23rd December 2021
It’s full steam ahead into the festive season with the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway. Meet Santa himself in his Christmas Carriage Grotto at Porthmadog Harbour Station or hop onto one of the many ‘Santa Trains’ whizzing guests about the beautiful region. To find out more, visit here.
2. Zipmas at Zip World, Snowdonia
Where: Llechwedd, Snowdonia
When: Monday 29th November – Thursday 24th December 2021
When will you ever get the chance to meet Santa underground again?! Embark on a subterranean adventure through the famous Llechwedd Slate Mines and receive a special Christmas present in the form of a Welsh slate bauble, which can then be decorated! Fill up on mince pies, hot chocolate or mulled wine at this year’s Zipmas experience.
3. Christmas at Bodnant Gardens
Where: Colwyn Bay, Conwy
When: Saturday 4th December – Wednesday 5th January 2021

4. Reindeer Lodge Drive-Through Reindeer Safari
Where: Mold, Flintshire
When: Saturday 20th November – Friday 24th December
Lapland is coming to North Wales in the form of a bespoke Reindeer Lodge!. Experience the magic of the outdoor theatre show before going on a festive adventure around the lakeside and woodland trail. Complete with a hidden elf village, Santa’s Grotto, Christmas stalls and much more.
5. Aladdin Pantomime
Where: Venue Cymru, Llandudno
When: December 11 to January 2

6. Beauty and the Beast Pantomime
Where: Theatr Clwyd, Mold
When: November 19 to January 15

7. Llandudno Snowsports Centre
Where: Happy Valley Rd, Llandudno LL30 2LR
When: Christmas Eve 10am-2pm, December 27-30th 10am-6pm
Ski, snowboard, tube or toboggan your winter blues away at Llandudno’s answer to the Alps! Check their website for Christmas opening times per activity, and book your festive adventure today!
8. Christmas at Penrhyn Castle
Where: Bangor, LL57 4HT
When: All year exc. 24th-26th December 2021, 10am-4pm
A glorious festive celebration complete with a winter walk around the gardens, Victorian kitchens, and the castle cafe displaying a selection of Christmas gifts.
9. Around the World Buffet

When: New Year’s Eve, 7pm
10. Karaoke with James

When: Christmas Day from 8pm
Your favourite singing salesman is back on the most wonderful day of the year and is set to entertain crowds as Christmas Day draws to a close! Owners are welcome to join us for a festive tipple form 5pm onwards, and our memorable compere will be rocking around the Christmas tree from 8pm.*
