Living in a static caravan all year round can be a cosy and cost-effective option for those seeking a simpler lifestyle or a holiday retreat! Therefore you may be thinking, can I stay year-round?
Here at Lyons, like any other holiday parks, we have certain season lengths for when our parks open and close. This means that you can make the most of the spectacular scenery that surrounds each of our 20 unique parks across North Wales and Cumbria year-round.
Starting at season lengths of 7.5 months and spanning to the full 12 months of the year, there’s a park for everyone. If you’re looking for a more longer-term holiday home, then parks such as St Mary’s Lodging, Manor House or Caerelwan may be for you as these have the longest season length of 12 months (although there is a period of time in this 12 months that owners would have to be off site).
Our parks with mid-range season lengths include coastal parks such as Winkups and Lido Beach as well as countryside parks such as Eryl Hall and Pendyffryn Hall who all have a season length of 10.5 months. This length of season is a great way to make the most of the best months of the year, which include Spring, Summer and Autumn.
If you’re looking for a holiday home which will primarily be used in peak season (from the end of March until the end of October), then our short term season length parks may be the best option for you. These include coastal parks such as Abbeyffordd, Lyndale and Kingsley.
